State Life Insurance Employees Cooperative Housing Society Islamabad is located in Fateh Jhang ,near to Islamabad Cooperative Housing Society and New Islamabad Airport on almost the same distance. The society started thirty years ago. This society started selling plot files in 2003. People did not know about this society that much since 2014 but then they started promoting their society via several real estate dealers. Al-Qaddar Estate, 209 F 1 commercial Block Pak Arab Housing Society Lahore , Pakistan. C.E.O Mr Anees Ur Rehmaan this guy and several others like him started selling files for this society in 2014. They provided this map https://i.imgur.com/RIP3ngh.jpg for the society and told everyone it has been registered and approved and they offered this 900k PKR plan to people https://i.imgur.com/02Pir7L.jpg They told people this society is under development and due to New Islamabad Airport near to it this society is a prime location for investors and other who needed a home for themselves. Actual price for these plot files was not more then 375K PKR even today. Well after getting tricked by people like these real estate dealers people started waiting for society management to complete the development plan but instead of starting building society management started calling members of the society to pay their development charges and claimed that development is going on at very good speed and in next 3 months you will receive your possession. Even December 2013 they published an advertisement and asked members to pay their pending development charges so they can give plot possessions to the member on 15th January 2014. Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months now it has been 6 years past and they are still calling members to pay development charges even many have paid. But there is no development going on. Since 2014 to 2020 they are spreading same photos of the society land. They have built only 3 Pillars and a small here 200 meter of green belt on society entrance rather then that they post some tractors and bulldozers photos doing some work on the land. These conditions never changed and there is no sewerage, gas, electricity, water, roads anything else. People have paid millions to this scam society management and those dealers which they hired to sell their files. Now society tells people they do not know any dealer and they did not hired anyone. Mr Tahir from society office calls people every month and force them to pay development charges some people get tricked and more then half society member have already paid their development charges even those people who purchased these plot files by paying extra amount to scammers like Mr Anees Ur Rehman. This society did not even issue plot numbers to their existing members. They do not have any approved map to share with public. Now a days management is showing another new map to people and tell them old map is changed. People have been begging this society management to start working but they do not care about people. We have given these scammers money and sooner they are going to disappear. Now the time has come that we take things in our hands and get together. We request all State Life Insurance Employees Cooperative Housing Society Islamabad members to get in contact with us so we can take actions against this society through NAB. We are already preparing all plan of action and we need all members support to stand with us for our rights.
The society does not provide its members audit report, expanse report and staff lists. The current management is in office for last fifteen years
